• Manage all cost controls, inventory control, and cash control.
• Lead staffing, paperwork, and staff performance.
• Ensure store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.

• Adhere to all policy and procedures.

• Operate all equipment and stock ingredients.
• Prepare product and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.
• Orientation and training provided on the job.
• Communication skills: verbal and written instructions.
• Mathematical skills: add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately.
• Typing and computer skills for order entry.
• Physical demands: standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and carrying trays.

• Standing most tasks; walking short distances.
• Lifting cases up to 50 lbs and carrying trays up to 12 lbs.
• Limited climbing; occasional stairs.
