Payroll Clerk

This payroll clerk position is in Alvin, TX. Candidates must be available to start work immediately. Experience with Track software is a plus.

• Previous payroll experience.
• Knowledge of Track payroll system.
• Knowledge of Billings required.
• Research, source documents, and prepare simple accounting reports.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with job site, co-workers, and project management.
• Accounts payable knowledge. For example, matching of invoices, receivers, and purchase orders.
• Reply to assigned queries correctly, efficiently and communicates in a timely manner.
• Complete special projects as required by manager.
• General office skills.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of three years related accounting experience OR college degree with no prior Accounting experience
• Solid working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft office products
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (AP Clerk will be required to interact with internal and external customers)
• Deadline driven
