We are looking for a motivated, customer-oriented individual to join our dealership as a BDC Agent. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers inquiring about our vehicles and services, helping to provide exceptional service and drive business growth. • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist customers with scheduling test drives, vehicle service appointments, and answering product-related questions.
• Provide detailed information on vehicle inventory, promotions, financing options, and services.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership or schedule service.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on leads to ensure high conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Follow up with leads to ensure customer satisfaction and promote future business opportunities.

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or automotive industry preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A friendly, approachable, and positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic office software (training provided).
