Bilingual Teller Retail Banker – Woodforest National Bank Job Overview

Responsibilities- Achieve individual sales goals by proactively identifying, marketing, and recommending bank products and services to customers.
- Process transactions, open accounts, and perform account maintenance.
- Handle branch servicing duties such as vault balancing, cash ordering, and automated teller machine maintenance.
- Employ problem‑solving skills to address customer inquiries and/or concerns in a manner consistent with the Woodforest Experience training.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer‑service experience, or an equivalent amount of directly related college education or volunteer service.
- Previous in‑store banking experience is preferred, but not required.
- Positive, engaging attitude.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Branch Banking – Primary Location: Texas, Alvin (TX – Alvin WM-0505)
Schedule: Full‑time
Work Status: Full‑time
Supervisory Responsibility: No
Travel: Little to no overnight travel expected; may cover nearby branch locations up to 45 miles.
Working Conditions: Standing most of the time, with walking, moving, bending, stooping or sitting for brief periods, and occasional lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs.
