Parking Lot Attendant – Alvin ISD

• Patrol school parking lots and campus area.
• Enforce school parking and traffic regulations on school properties.
• Enforce student parking violations on public roadways as directed.
• Assist with traffic control as needed.
• Assist campus administration and staff with truancy detection and deterrence.

• Pass background investigation
• Ability to pass required physical and drug testing

• High School Diploma
• Valid Texas Drivers’ License

• Accuracy in the use of computers
• Ability to maintain accurate records, reports and files
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to interact with people in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
• Ability to monitor parking lots and campus grounds.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds (cones, barricades, portable signs, etc…)
• Ability to organize work effectively and prioritize objectives;
• Ability to operate a golf cart safely;
• Ability to use district equipment effectively.

Salary: AUX PG2/177 days. Starting at $12.34 per hour.
