Overview
Primary
Purpose:
Assist the Energy department in diagnosing, repairing, troubleshooting and responding to the utility needs of district facilities.
Education/Certification: High School Diploma or GED
Texas Driver’s License (Must meet eligibility requirements for AISD motor vehicle insurance)

Special Knowledge/
Skills:
Working knowledge of electrical, air conditioning and plumbing
Ability to operate hand and power tools
Ability to follow verbal and written instruction in English
Knowledge of basic construction and routine maintenance and repair procedures
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of technical training or hands on experience in facilities and building automations.
CompensationSalary: AUX PG5/261 days
Starting: $17.95 hourly
