Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring Delivery Drivers who will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the restaurant. The Delivery Driver assists with ensuring that each visit from a customer results in friendly and personalized service with great food that is promptly delivered in a clean and inviting environment.

We are looking for a self-motivated, dynamic team player to join our team. The Delivery Driver position is responsible for providing exceptional guest service and support, while working closely with the Restaurant Managers and other Team Members to maintain operational standards and procedures.

• A clean driving record. Safety is our priority for you and our customers. Arrive and return safely in accordance with local, state and federal laws.
• Provide a friendly demeanor. Greet guests with a smile, receive orders, process payments, and respond appropriately to customer issues. Communicate in a positive manner with customers, peers, and managers.
• Maintain cleanliness and health/safety standards in work areas, including the vehicle.
• Perform duties at multiple workstations and assist with delegated cleaning assignments in a timely manner.
• Ensure prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts.
• Dress according to uniform and grooming standards and policies.
• Operate cash register or point of sale devices as needed and use upsell techniques to generate additional sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with team to achieve collective goals and improve team effectiveness.

• The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Dependable and reliable with good written, math, and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation; valid documents and permits as required by state and federal law (keep an updated copy of insurance with your name).
• Flexible work availability; results-oriented and customer-focused.
• 18 years old to operate a motorized vehicle.
• Previous customer service experience is helpful.
