Role Description
We are looking for a results-driven Google Ads & Meta Ads Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Facebook, and Instagram. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of performance marketing, lead generation, audience targeting, and conversion optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max).

• Plan and execute Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.

• Conduct audience research, targeting, and retargeting strategies.

• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI.

• Set up and manage conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics tools.

• Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.

• Manage advertising budgets and improve cost-per-lead performance.

• Test ad creatives, audiences, and landing page strategies to improve results.

• Stay updated with the latest Google Ads and Meta Ads platform changes and best practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.

• Strong knowledge of lead generation and performance marketing.

• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.

• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven optimization decisions.

• Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
