Position: ClickUp Expert
We are looking for a highly organized and systems-driven Biz Ops/Click Up Lead who can build, optimize, and manage scalable workflows across teams. This role is ideal for someone passionate about operations, productivity systems, workflow automation, and project execution. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to streamline operations, improve team accountability, and create high-performing workflow ecosystems using Click Up and related automation tools.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, implement, and optimize Click Up work spaces, dashboards, automations, templates, and workflows
Build scalable operational systems for recruiting, HR, sales, marketing and project delivery teams
Collaborate with leadership to improve productivity, accountability, and operational efficiency
Create SOPs, process documentation, workflow maps, and project structures
Manage task dependencies, timelines, sprint planning, and project tracking
Train team members on Click Up best practices and workflow adoption
Monitor KPIs, reporting dashboards, and project health metrics
Coordinate across multiple teams and ensure smooth execution of deliverables

QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of experience in Click Up administration, workflow consulting, project management, or operations.
Strong expertise in Click Up hierarchy, dashboards, automations, forms, docs, and task management systems.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to independently manage systems and improve processes proactively
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
