Slot Game Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Game Concept Design:  Develop innovative and engaging slot game concepts, including core gameplay, bonus features, and player progression systems.
Game Design Documentation:  Create and maintain comprehensive Game Design Documents (GDDs) detailing game features, math models, symbol behavior, paytables, and UI flow.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with art, development, and product teams to ensure seamless integration of design elements into the final game.
Gameplay Balancing:  Fine-tune gameplay mechanics to ensure balanced, rewarding progression and engaging player experiences.
Market Research & Trends:  Monitor industry trends and competitor games to introduce fresh ideas, improve mechanics, and propose innovative features.
Feedback & Iteration:  Collect feedback from playtests, analyze performance data, and iterate on game designs to improve player engagement and retention.
Prototyping & Wire framing:  Develop prototypes and wireframes to clearly test and communicate design ideas to the team.
Player Experience Optimization:  Ensure designs deliver an intuitive, enjoyable, and immersive player experience, refining elements to improve retention.
Requirements:
Slot Mechanics Knowledge:  Strong understanding of slot mechanics, volatility, hit rates, RTP, and player engagement loops.
Game Economy & Monetization:  Familiarity with game economy balancing and monetization strategies.
Documentation

Skills:

Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Excel, Figma, or similar.
Communication &

Collaboration:

Strong communication skills and ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
Passion for Slot Games:  Strong interest in slot games and awareness of casino gaming market trends.
Analytical Background:  Mathematical or analytical background is an added advantage.
