• Temporary position
• $ 15.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08 : 00am to 05 : 00pm)
• Invoice processing :
  Receive, verify, and enter vendor invoices into the accounting system. Payment processing :
  Schedule and process payments (e.g., checks, electronic transfers) accurately and on time.
• Account reconciliation :
  Compare invoices with purchase orders and receipts, reconcile vendor statements, and investigate discrepancies.
• Record keeping :
  Maintain and update the accounts payable ledger, and file and maintain historical financial records.
• Vendor relations :
  Maintain communication with vendors to resolve payment issues and build strong relationships.
• Compliance :
  Ensure all activities comply with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.
• Reporting :
  Assist in generating financial statements and reports as needed.

• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Proficiency with accounting software and other financial programs.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with vendors and internal teams.
