Reports to:
Controller
Job Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Pay:
Hourly Position from $18/hr non-exempt
Job description
- Process vendor invoices with accuracy and timeliness
- Answer customer questions regarding their accounts in a professional and courteous manner
- Reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with preparing payments and maintaining organized records/documentation for accounts payable
- Accurately document all calls, payment arrangements, and follow-ups regarding outstanding collections
- Monitor aging reports and support the accounting team with collections activities.
- Support the accounting team with general administrative duties as needed.
- Previous AR, AP & Collections experience required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting software
- Strong organizational skills and an accounting-focused mindset.
- Must have a clean driving record and current TXDL
- Must complete and pass background check and drug test
