Responsibilities

Utilize strong analytical skills to research and resolve processing issues.
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
Collaborate with team members and management to improve efficiency and meet service standards.
Use Microsoft Excel and other systems to track, update, and manage data.
Prioritize and manage caseloads effectively to meet deadlines.
Provide excellent written and verbal customer service support.
Demonstrate flexibility by working overtime when required.
QualificationsHigh school diploma with at least one year of business experience.
One year of experience using Microsoft Excel.
Prior experience in retirement services preferred.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
