The Registration Assistant facilitates and processes patient registrations, ensuring accurate data entry and record keeping while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include handling confidential information, assisting patients and staff, and coordinating with other departments.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service, clerical, or administrative experience.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.

• Knowledge of HIPAA.
