Job Description:Addison Group is seeking a Revenue Cycle Analyst to join our client’s team. This contract-to-hire role combines collections and revenue integrity responsibilities, requiring strong analytical skills and the ability to present findings to leadership.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and audit account adjustments, ensuring compliance with approval thresholds
- Manage AR cleanup and collections for outpatient claims
- Analyze fee schedules and insurance contracts
- Track high-dollar adjustments (over $10K) and categorize trends in spreadsheets
- Prepare monthly reports and present findings to leadership
- Support major projects by analyzing flagged trends and pulling detailed reports
- Collaborate with managers to provide feedback and optimize processes
- 5+ years of in and outpatient collections experience
- Strong understanding of revenue cycle processes, fee schedules, and insurance contracts
- Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with large datasets
- Excellent communication skills for reporting and presentations
- Ability to work quickly, multi-task, and meet deadlines
- Stable work history preferred
