We’re looking for a motivated Project Engineer to join us and support large‑scale infrastructure projects that keep communities connected.

• Maintain a safe work environment and uphold quality standards
• Ensure crews have all materials, equipment, and survey data needed
• Track daily/weekly production, including timecards and quantities
• Perform field measurements and quantity takeoffs
• Coordinate with inspectors, subcontractors, and owner representatives
• Prepare three‑week look‑ahead schedules and assist with planning
• Support project teams, documentation, and company goals

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• 2–4 years of heavy civil experience (roadway, bridge, grading, dirt work) preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
• Valid driver’s license required
• Comfortable working outdoors and traveling to active job sites

• Competitive pay: $75,000–$95,000
