Overview

Are you a customer service-oriented individual located in Amarillo, TX? Street Toyota is looking for a Service Porter to manage vehicle traffic on the service drive and assist with vehicle deliveries. If you excel in providing exceptional customer service and have excellent communication skills, we invite you to become a part of our team!

• Greet and assist customers as they arrive in the service lane, directing them to the appropriate service advisor.
• Work with the Service Advisor to complete tasks such as keeping track of keys, driving vehicles from service stalls, following dealership display standards, fielding customer requests, and other assigned duties.
• Interact with customers when needed.
• Manage vehicle flow in our service stalls, service lane, service drive, and within the parking lot.
• Keep the service lane and surrounding areas clean and organized by removing debris and maintaining order.
• Assist in preparing the vehicle for service by performing basic maintenance tasks.
• Label and organize vehicle keys and tags to maintain an efficient tracking system.
• Monitor and report any vehicle damage or safety concerns.
• Follow all dealership policies and safety procedures.

• Possess a valid driver’s license and an excellent driving record.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Education equivalent to high school.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service and communication abilities.
• Maintain a professional attitude and appearance; portray professional conduct with a pleasant demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and move vehicles for extended periods.
