Counter Staff - Part Time/Guest Service Rep

Position Information

Status: Part Time

Shift
: 2pm to 7pm Mon-Fri, Sat 10am to 5pm, Sun 10am to 3pm

Job Description:

Services the customer in a timely, accurate, courteous, and pleasant manner ensuring that all their questions are answered and that they are treated with utmost respect.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Customer Service
• Implementing the Smile Program
• Making eye contact with the customer and speaking clearly and directly to the customer.
• Informing the customer of the total price owed before retrieving clothes.
• Counting all hangers to ensure that all clothes are included.
• Providing the customer with a receipt
• Advising the customer of any promotions or coupons currently in effect.
• Including a driver's license number and initialing ALL CHECKS.

Responsibilities:

• Know the cut-off times for clothes in and out (normally in by 9:00 a.m.
  
  - out same day)
• Assist in line loading all garments.
• Review and reconcile tickets not assembled report.
• Keep the store front clean (sweeping and mopping floor, cleaning glass, cleaning counters, and avoid excess paper or clothes on the counter)
• Perform a physical inventory as scheduled twice a month.
• Contact customers when clothes are over 45 days old.
• Remove clothes from line after 120 days.
• Assist in the locating any clothes that are missing that could result in a CIF.
• Properly document any refunds to customers or any other reason for altering the price of a ticket
• Prepare CIF reports completely and accurately and submit to plant manager Know the prices charged for key garments.
• Know how to accept and quote leather and send to leather cleaner
