Associate Dentist

Overview

Join Benevis, a dental practice dedicated to creating happy, healthy smiles for underserved families. We have over 3,000 employees nationwide and are expanding our team in Amarillo, TX.

• Provide high‑quality dental care to patients ages 3‑21, with up to 30% adult patients.
• Participate in daily huddles, patient flow planning, and collaborative case management.
• Maintain excellent patient experience and flow in an office with 10‑12 operative patients and 20‑25 hygiene patients.
• Perform full dental services using Denta Pro software, digital X‑ray/Panoramic units, fiber‑optic handpieces, and occlusion management.
• Ensure compliance with yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training.
• Mentor and collaborate with a team of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants.

• DDS/DMD from a Commission on Dental Accreditation‑accredited program.
• Current, valid license to practice in Texas (or in states where care is provided).{br}
• CPR, DEA, and nitrous oxide certification (required for Texas).
• Strong compassion and dedication to caring for children and adults.

• Guaranteed base pay over $200k with uncapped earning potential.
