Amarillo, TX (Onsite — 5 days a week) Compensation: $140,000 - $175,000 total compensation package Project:
Confidential $6B Greenfield Hyperscale Data Center (3-year program)

We’re recruiting on behalf of a nationally respected construction management firm with a track record of delivering some of the country’s most complex and mission-critical data center projects. This is your chance to join the team on a $6B flagship greenfield data center project in Amarillo, TX currently in the design and pre-construction phase.

As Project Manager, you will play a critical role in driving day-to-day project execution, ensuring alignment between stakeholders, and managing the critical path to successful delivery.

What You’ll Own
  • Drive day-to-day execution across multiple project work streams.
  • Coordinate directly with owners, contractors, consultants, and engineers.
  • Manage project budgets, costs, and change orders.
  • Support the development and maintenance of the master schedule, while identifying risks and ensuring mitigation.
  • Oversee onsite construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and stakeholder updates.
What We’re Looking For
  • 10+ years in construction management.
  • Experience on data center, mission-critical, or complex infrastructure projects required.
  • Strong background in general contracting, architecture, or engineering.
  • Excellent understanding of MEP systems and data center-specific infrastructure.
  • Proven experience managing contractors and vendors in high-velocity environments.
  • Highly organized with strong documentation and communication skills.
