Mechanical Construction Manager with expertise in both wet systems (plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, chilled water, drainage) and dry systems (ductwork, mechanical piping, compressed air, gas distribution). Skilled in planning, coordinating, and delivering mechanical scopes within complex construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion.

Experience:
Mission Critical – Data Center / Semiconductor
Key Responsibilities:- Manage planning, scheduling, and execution of mechanical wet and dry system installations
- Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with design drawings, codes, and project requirements
- Coordinate mechanical works with electrical, civil, and architectural trades to maintain project flow
- Monitor budgets, procurement, and resource allocation for mechanical systems
- Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of wet and dry systems
- Provide leadership to site teams and technical guidance to engineers and superintendents
- Report progress to senior management and ensure stakeholder satisfaction
Skills:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
- Strong technical knowledge of wet and dry mechanical systems
- Familiarity with BIM coordination and mechanical drawings
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Up to $130k base
- Base + 12% for Texas role
- Relocation or Per Diem
