We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Commissioning Manager to lead and oversee the electrical commissioning activities for our projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex electrical systems, ensuring their successful startup, testing, and operational readiness. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical background, leadership capabilities, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise electrical commissioning activities across multiple projects to ensure timely and efficient completion.
  • Develop and review commissioning procedures, checklists, and documentation to meet project specifications and standards.
  • Lead and manage commissioning teams, providing technical guidance and support throughout the commissioning process.
  • Conduct site inspections, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical systems, equipment, and control systems.
  • Collaborate with project engineers, contractors, and clients to resolve technical issues and ensure compliance with safety and quality protocols.
  • Monitor progress, prepare reports, and document commissioning activities, issues, and resolutions.
  • Ensure all electrical systems are tested, commissioned, and handed over in accordance with project requirements and industry standards.
  • Maintain a strong focus on safety, environmental regulations, and best practices during all commissioning activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in electrical commissioning, preferably within large-scale industrial, infrastructure, or power projects.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, control systems, and relevant industry standards (e.g., IEC, NEC).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with commissioning tools, software, and documentation processes.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
