We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commissioning Manager to oversee the commissioning process of power projects. • Lead and coordinate the commissioning activities for power generation projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
• Develop and implement commissioning plans, procedures, and schedules in alignment with project timelines and specifications.
• Manage and supervise commissioning teams, including technical staff and contractors.
• Conduct inspections, tests, and validations to verify that systems and equipment operate according to design and safety standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, construction, and operations teams to resolve technical issues during commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the commissioning process.
• Prepare and present commissioning reports, documentation, and handover packages to stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays or quality issues.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in commissioning power plants, including thermal, hydro, or renewable energy facilities.
• Strong understanding of power plant systems, control systems, and electrical/mechanical equipment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate cross‑functional teams effectively.
• Knowledge of industry standards, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.
• Proficiency in project management tools and commissioning software.
