You will translate academic knowledge into production and design applications, begin MRB training for repair dispositions, and collaborate with Manufacturing and Quality to improve efficiency and first-time quality.
As you progress, you’ll facilitate cross-disciplinary communication, drive RCCA-based problem solving, and help refine Bell Textron policies for daily execution.
