The City of Amarillo is seeking a Building Inspector to perform a range of inspections for compliance with municipal codes and nuisance issues. This role also carries Parking Enforcement duties and requires collaboration with other departments.
Applicants should have a high school diploma, be able to obtain ICC certifications within a year, and hold a valid Texas driver’s license. Bilingual Spanish is preferred. Schedule is Monday–Friday with possible overtime.
