This is a part‑time, on‑site role located in Dallas, TX, for an Esthetics Instructor. The instructor will be responsible for teaching esthetics courses, delivering engaging and hands‑on lessons aligned with the institution’s curriculum, and mentoring a diverse group of students. Responsibilities include creating and updating course materials, providing individualized training, evaluating student performance, and preparing students for successful careers in the aesthetics and beauty industry.
The instructor will also ensure compliance with state regulations and school standards.
- Skin Care and Cosmetology expertise with a strong foundation in both theory and practical application
- Experience in Teaching, Training, and mentoring students in a classroom or hands‑on setting
- Knowledge of Curriculum Development and lesson planning within a beauty or esthetics program
- Skilled in fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment that motivates students
- Current Texas esthetician or cosmetology instructor license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Experience in medical aesthetics or advanced esthetic techniques is a plus
- Passion for the beauty and wellness industry and a commitment to student success
