Get to Know Your Team:

• BSA Harrington Cancer Center is a state-of-the-art facility with modern radiology capabilities and patient care spaces.

• Provide patient services using various imaging modalities that may include Stereotactic, Contrast Mammography, and DEXA. Perform screening and diagnostic procedures in a fast-paced environment.
• Exercise critical thinking, troubleshoot, and manage stress effectively.
• Communicate well and work collaboratively with colleagues.
• Follow the direction of the Breast Center Radiologist and established procedures/protocols.
• Stand for extended periods and perform exams with proper radiation safety precautions.
• Be available to complete exams at the main facility (HBC), detached facilities, and outreach settings.
• Maintain image quality, positioning skills, and basic knowledge of quality control tests.

Job Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED.
• ARRT Certification in Radiological Technology.
• Texas Department of Health Licensure.
• BLS certification.

Preferred

Job Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in screening and diagnostic procedures.
• Experience in performing QC tests.
• Basic knowledge of stereotactic biopsies.
• Associate degree or certificate from a CAHEA-approved Radiological Technology Program.
• Mammo registry.
