Salary: $57,033.60 Annually

- Maintain ethical and professional communications at all times using respectful Trauma‑Informed Care language.
- Serve as Clinician for the Child and Adolescent Program and provide CBT counseling for individuals who qualify for those services in compliance with HHSC requirements.
- Provide intake assessments, crisis intervention, and case management services as needed.
- Deliver services in home, school, community, and office with flexible hours to accommodate the client’s schedule.
- Travel in regional areas as needed.
- Complete required CBT training as indicated by HHSC.
- Adhere to TPC Business Code of Conduct and report concerns if ethical and/or business standards defined in the code are compromised.
- Master’s degree from an accredited university majoring in psychology, sociology, social work, counseling, or related human services field.
- Qualified as a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA) and in good standing in the state of Texas.
- Active license as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist.
- Must have a valid Texas driver’s license and be insurable under agency vehicle policy.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
