BSA Panhandle Ear Nose & Throat is hiring a BE/BC Otolaryngologist to join its established, employed ENT group. We are seeking an energetic individual and self-starter, with a collegial, collaborative spirit. Both seasoned and new graduates welcome to apply. New graduates will thrive in a supportive environment with mentorship opportunities from experienced providers.

• Join an established group of 2 ENTs, 1 APP, 1 Audiologist, 1 Audiology Tech
• On-site Audiology and testing available along with experienced support staff
• First assist surgical support
• Mentorship Available
• Monday-Thursday, 8 a.m.
  
  -5 p.m.;
  Friday 8 a.m.
  
  -12 p.m.
• Flexible scheduling model: 2.5 days outpatient vs. 2 days OR
• Smart Technology:
  See more patients without extending your day. Our providers use Epic EMR and Ambience AI scribe technology to automate documentation, reduce administrative burden, improve patient flow, and ensure accurate coding—leading to better work-life balance and revenue.
• Light Call: 5 days/month
• Expected patient load: 20 patients/day
• Well-stocked modern OR with (4K endoscopes, stealth navigation, NIM vital)
