Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible and reliable Dietary Aide to assist with the preparation and service of meals in our dining facilities. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our patients by preparing and serving nutritious and appealing meals. This is a full-time position, requiring a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve meals and snacks in accordance with established dietary guidelines and patient needs

• Assist with food preparation, including cooking, assembling, and plating of meals

• Maintain a clean and safe food service environment, adhering to facility sanitation and safety standards

• Restock supplies and inventory food and beverages as needed

• Assist with meal delivery and tray service as needed

• Collaborate with the dietary team to ensure effective communication and efficient service

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and care
