Maintenance and Reliability Manager
We are seeking a Maintenance and Reliability Manager for our Amarillo, TX facility, which covers a 167,220 square foot site operating 24 hours a day.

Amarillo, TX (Onsite, relocation within the United States provided)
Salary: $ – $ per year (general guideline; final salary based upon skills and experience.)
What You’ll Do- Lead asset lifecycle management and maintenance strategies to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
- Oversee process improvements, team development, budget management, compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and coordination with other departments.
- Utilize data‑driven methods and systems to monitor performance, manage contractors, and support operational goals.
- Manage execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for a 24‑hour operation.
- Maintain lifecycle of manufacturing assets across the Amarillo Operation.
- Partner with site leadership to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
- Provide functional guidance, leadership, and training to a maintenance team of up to 25 non‑exempt staff plus two exempt staff.
- Develop and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost‑effective use of resources while maintaining high reliability and safety standards.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with industry regulations and Eaton safety standards.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and procurement to coordinate maintenance activities.
- Establish and monitor KPIs for maintenance activities; analyze data to identify trends and improvement areas.
- Utilize a CMMS to coordinate resources and activities, ensuring accurate tracking of work orders, preventive maintenance, asset history and compliance.
- Manage external contractors and maintenance resources.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- Minimum seven (7) years of progressive responsibility in Manufacturing/Operations, Maintenance, and/or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum five (5) years of plant manufacturing leadership experience.
- Note:
This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
- Experience implementing maintenance strategies that improve equipment reliability.
- Knowledge of CMMS.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Engineering).
- MS or MBA degree.
- Certified Black Belt from an accredited institution.
