Realty Project Coach

Base pay range

$60,000.00/yr - $/yr

As a Realty Project Coach, you'll join our Realty Execution team and take ownership of delivering store remodels, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet our top‑notch quality standards.

• Supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store associates to keep everything on track.
• Embrace travel requirements and drive project success across multiple locations.

• Leading Others:
  Motivate your team to meet timelines and deliverables on projects; encourage collaboration and teamwork.
• Project Ownership:
  Own the execution of projects in your assigned stores; communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders.
• Develop Associates:
  Provide supervision and development opportunities; listen and act on ideas, suggestions, questions, and concerns.

• Demonstrated knowledge of construction remodels, project management, space management, and/or store design.
• Experience leading people, projects, initiatives, or cross‑functional teams.

Primarily working overnights; night shifts average 10–12 hours.

Frequent travel up to 1,000 miles from home; expected to be away 80% of the time or for 17–21 days at a time.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000 – $110,000. Additional compensation may include performance bonuses and stock.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and 1 year’s experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• OR 3 years’ experience in the same fields.

• Master’s degree in Business or related field.
• 1 year’s experience leading cross‑functional teams.
• Project Management Institute Management Professional certification.

• Reliable transportation required.
• Provide supervision, development, and recognition for associates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and support the Open‑Door Policy.
• Build relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; support business solutions.
