Position SummaryAs a Realty Project Coach, you'll join our Realty Execution team and take ownership of delivering store remodels, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet our top‑notch quality standards.
What you’ll do- Supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store associates to keep everything on track.
- Embrace travel requirements and drive project success across multiple locations.
- Leading Others:
Motivate your team to meet timelines and deliverables on projects; encourage collaboration and teamwork. - Project Ownership:
Own the execution of projects in your assigned stores; communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders. - Develop Associates:
Provide supervision and development opportunities; listen and act on ideas, suggestions, questions, and concerns.
- Demonstrated knowledge of construction remodels, project management, space management, and/or store design.
- Experience leading people, projects, initiatives, or cross‑functional teams.
Primarily working overnights; night shifts average 10–12 hours.
Frequent travel up to 1,000 miles from home; expected to be away 80% of the time or for 17–21 days at a time.
SalaryThe annual salary range for this position is $60,000 – $110,000. Additional compensation may include performance bonuses and stock.
Minimum qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and 1 year’s experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
- OR 3 years’ experience in the same fields.
- Master’s degree in Business or related field.
- 1 year’s experience leading cross‑functional teams.
- Project Management Institute Management Professional certification.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Provide supervision, development, and recognition for associates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and support the Open‑Door Policy.
- Build relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; support business solutions.
