As the front‑line representative of the SERVPRO® brand, the Restoration Supervisor demonstrates the company’s Here to Help® commitment to customers and clients. This role coordinates, monitors, and performs work activities on projects to successfully fulfill service needs and facilitate a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control
• Manage the customer and client experience, tracking overall satisfaction with online reviews
• Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities
• Document detailed and accurate job files to support services provided
• Manage labor and consumable usage on assigned projects
• Communicate with the restoration project manager and office staff on project progress and issues
• Provide the initial scope for each project
• Communicate and follow all OSHA guidelines for job safety
• Protect and use equipment and materials properly
• Coach and train restoration technicians

Position Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• At least 2 years of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction
• At least 1 year of experience managing technicians
• IICRC certification is a plus
• Must be part of the on‑call rotation
• Must be able to travel to storms for up to two (2) weeks at a time
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and operate in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
• Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, or carry objects
• Ability to work with and around cleaning agents
• Ability to complete a background check subject to applicable law

Compensation: $45,000.00 per year
