Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday 6:30 am to 3:00 pm Recruiter:

* Manage the cylinder fill plant to ensure timely distribution of product to customers and branches, and will train and develop assigned personnel.
* Lead the deployment of Organizational Solutions.
* Lead the administration, analysis, and synthesis of data.
* Coordinate cylinder requirements with region branches.
* Responsible for conducting timely and quality performance appraisals of assigned personnel.  Recommend disciplinary action up to and including termination of plant personnel.
* Analize plant budget to identify areas in which efficiencies can be obtained and production costs reduced and then allocate operating budget.
* Follow and maintain all FDA, OSHA, EPA, DOT requirements and regulations.##                         ##

Required Qualifications:

* Associate’s Degree (A.A. or

A.S) or equivalent and minimum of five years industry related experience and/or training.
* Three years of supervisory experience.
* Must regularly lift up to 60 pounds and move more than 125 pounds with the aid of material handling equipment.
* Valid Driver’s License
* Candidates must have valid employment authorization in the U.S. and must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future. This position is not open for non-immigrant visa sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Prior logistics experience
* Prior forklift experience
* Prior operational and production experience
* Prior SAP and Power BI experience
