Compressed Cylinder Gas Plant Manager
Location:
Amarillo, TX - Plant Filling Industrial.
Work schedule:
Monday – Friday 6:30 am to 3:00 pm.

- Manage the cylinder fill plant to ensure timely distribution of product to customers and branches, and train and develop assigned personnel.
- Lead the deployment of Organizational Solutions.
- Lead the administration, analysis, and synthesis of data.
- Coordinate cylinder requirements with regional branches.
- Conduct timely and quality performance appraisals of assigned personnel; recommend disciplinary action up to and including termination of plant personnel.
- Analyze plant budget to identify areas where efficiencies can be obtained and production costs reduced, then allocate operating budget.
- Follow and maintain all FDA, OSHA, EPA, DOT requirements and regulations.
- Associate’s Degree (A.A. or
A.S) or equivalent and minimum of five years of industry‑related experience and/or training. - Three years of supervisory experience.
- Must regularly lift up to 60 pounds and move more than 125 pounds with the aid of material‑handling equipment.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Candidates must have valid U.S. employment authorization and must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future; this position is not open for non‑immigrant visa sponsorship.
- Prior logistics experience.
- Prior forklift experience.
- Prior operational and production experience.
- Prior SAP and Power BI experience.
