Location:

Amarillo, TX - Plant Filling Industrial.

Work schedule:

Monday – Friday 6:30 am to 3:00 pm.

• Manage the cylinder fill plant to ensure timely distribution of product to customers and branches, and train and develop assigned personnel.
• Lead the deployment of Organizational Solutions.
• Lead the administration, analysis, and synthesis of data.
• Coordinate cylinder requirements with regional branches.
• Conduct timely and quality performance appraisals of assigned personnel; recommend disciplinary action up to and including termination of plant personnel.
• Analyze plant budget to identify areas where efficiencies can be obtained and production costs reduced, then allocate operating budget.
• Follow and maintain all FDA, OSHA, EPA, DOT requirements and regulations.

• Associate’s Degree (A.A. or
  
  A.S) or equivalent and minimum of five years of industry‑related experience and/or training.
• Three years of supervisory experience.
• Must regularly lift up to 60 pounds and move more than 125 pounds with the aid of material‑handling equipment.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Candidates must have valid U.S. employment authorization and must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future; this position is not open for non‑immigrant visa sponsorship.

• Prior logistics experience.
• Prior forklift experience.
• Prior operational and production experience.
• Prior SAP and Power BI experience.
