Description
Emergency Registered NurseWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Emergency Registered Nurse to join our team. As an Emergency Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing immediate and effective medical care to patients in emergency situations. You will work collaboratively with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
Responsibilities- Assess and triage patients in emergency situations
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and medical history
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
- Maintain accurate and complete medical records
Adhere to hospital policies and procedures - Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain licensure and stay current with best practices
- Active Registered Nurse license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in emergency nursing
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced and high‑stress environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Requirements Education & Experience- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- At least 3–5 years of Emergency Room experience, strongly preferred.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to write simple correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situation.
- Basic computer skills
- Current RN license within the state of practice
- Current BCLS, ACLS, and PALS Certification
