Lifespace Communities is seeking a full-time Licensed Vocational Nurse to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a senior living community. You will monitor residents’ health, assess and report changes in condition, administer medications and treatments as directed, and document care accurately. Collaborate with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary colleagues to support individualized care plans, safety, dignity, and independence. Follow infection-prevention practices and applicable clinical policies while contributing to a respectful, inclusive, service-focused team.
