• We are seeking dedicated and passionate individuals in a role we refer to as Pet Concierge to join our team.
• In this role, you will be responsible for providing a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment for dogs, cats, and other small animals in our care.
• Your love for animals and commitment to their well-being will play a crucial role in ensuring that each pet receives the attention and care they deserve while their owners are away.

• Supervise and interact with dogs in a daycare and boarding setting, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
• Facilitate playgroups, monitor behavior, and intervene when necessary to maintain a harmonious environment.
• Administer basic training commands and reinforce positive behaviors through effective communication and handling techniques.
• Assist with feeding, grooming, and administering medications as required.
• Maintain the facility's cleanliness, including dog and cat areas and common spaces.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating with pet owners about their dogs' activities and behaviors during their stay.
• Assist in the management of daily schedules for playtime, rest periods, snack & feeding times, enrichment activities, and housekeeping.
• Handle heavy lifting when moving supplies or assisting with larger breeds of dogs.

• Perform facility security checks and ensure all areas are properly secured
• Complete routine well-checks on all pets throughout the shift
• Maintain accurate documentation of tasks, medications, and observations

• Experience in dog handling or animal care is preferred; a background in veterinary assisting or technician is a plus.
• Proficiency in positive reinforcement handling techniques and experience in pet grooming or pet sitting are beneficial.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with pet owners and address their concerns.
• Typing, phone, and technology skills are advantageous.
• Physically capable of performing heavy lifting and moving throughout a large facility.
• Genuine love for animals, with a commitment to providing exceptional care and ensuring their well-being.
• Enthusiastic about working with dogs, cats, and other small animals, contributing to their happiness and providing peace of mind to their owners.

• We have multiple shifts available, including evening and overnight shifts.
• Available shifts:
  Morning (6:30 am to 12 pm), Midday (10 am to 3 pm), Evening (3 pm to 7:30 pm), Late Night (4:15 pm to 11:55 pm), and Overnight (11:45 pm to 7:45 am)

• Competitive pay. We start staff from $10 to $13 per hour based on experience.
