• Prepare and cook a variety of nutritious meals and snacks for residents, including special dietary needs and preferences
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
• Plan and execute menus, ensuring variety and quality of dishes
• Work collaboratively with other departments, including dietary, nursing, and activities, to ensure seamless service to residents
• Maintain accurate records of food preparation, inventory, and waste management
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to improve culinary skills and knowledge
