About The Role

Are you passionate about helping people and ready to kick‑start your career in retail sales? We’re looking for a Counter Sales who’s enthusiastic, organized, and eager to learn. In this dynamic role, you’ll be the face of our brand—helping customers find the right products, keeping our showroom in top shape, and supporting smooth day‑to‑day operations.

• Answering incoming customer phone calls and providing support
• Assisting customers at the sales counter and over the phone with professionalism and product knowledge
• Maintaining a clean, well‑stocked showroom
• Coordinating product deliveries with customers and internal teams
• Managing inter‑company product transfers
• Learning about our products to confidently assist customers (training provided)
• Supporting additional tasks as needed—teamwork is everything!

• Friendly and customer‑focused with strong communication skills
• Able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Detail‑oriented and quick to learn
• Comfortable working independently and with a team

• Lift and carry 20–50+ lbs regularly
• Sit, stand, bend, twist, kneel, and reach throughout the day
• Push and pull 20+ lbs
• Climb ladders and stock items in overhead areas
• Safely handle large or oddly shaped products
• Maintain a clean driving record (no major or repeated infractions)
