Inside Sales Insurance Specialist – Multi-Product Sales (W2, Remote)
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Hourly + Bonus | Life & Health License Required
At AMBA, we serve Public Employee, Alumni, and Professional Occupation associations by delivering tailored Life and Supplemental Health benefits to their members. As a W2 Inside Sales Insurance Specialist on our Multi-Product Sales team, you'll connect with members via phone to educate them on benefit options and enroll them in coverage that fits their needs.
This high-volume, high-impact sales role requires motivation, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a structured environment.
What You’ll Do- Make 150+ outbound calls daily to engage existing members and policyholders
- Deliver scripted and unscripted consultative sales presentations
- Enroll members into supplemental Life & Health insurance products
- Manage inbound call volume and follow up with engaged contacts
- Document all activity in Salesforce and manage your sales pipeline
- Provide a seamless, professional, and caring member experience
- Active Life and/or Health Insurance License
- 2+ years of insurance sales or high-volume call center experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Tech fluency with CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Resilience, drive, and a track record of hitting goals
- A positive attitude and desire to grow within a mission-driven team
- Hourly base pay + monthly performance bonuses
- First-year average: $50,000–$60,000
- Top performers: $100,000+
