Chief Sales Officer

The Chief Sales Officer role at American Express rewards curiosity about why people buy as much as skill at making them. What sets the offer apart is trust — $191,000 - $398,000 and internship hours are nice, but the sales marketing ownership is the headline.

• Chase the sales marketing whitespace no rep in TX has worked
• Coach the Chief Sales Officer team off discounting and onto value selling
• Coordinate with agencies and vendors to deliver campaigns on time and on budget

• The grit to debug at 4pm on a Friday without complaint
• Hands-on Strategic Planning experience that survives a whiteboard interview
• Strong multitasking ability without sacrificing quality
• Adaptability and resilience when facing shifting requirements
• Track record that proves you can fun-loving ship under deadline pressure
