• You are physically able to climb to heights in excess of 300 feet daily.
• You can work in all weather conditions year‑round.
• You have some construction and/or electrical experience.
• You enjoy working with your hands.
• You enjoy constant travel and are willing to live life on the road with 6‑week travel rotations followed by a 7‑10 day break (travel expenses covered).

• Follow all safety rules and regulations.
• Install, replace, and repair antenna system equipment.
• Distribute, pick up, and organize tools and materials.
• Install, modify, and mount platforms.
• Identify and fix problems using test equipment.
• Work with a team.
• Perform tower structure inspections.
• Climb and work on communications towers for the purpose of installing, replacing, and repairing antenna system equipment under close supervision.
• Use and care for hand tools and mechanical equipment.
• Read site plans and tower drawings.
• Understand hazards associated with tower climbing, construction equipment, and working on or near energized lines and equipment.

• Competent Climber/Rescuer.
• Competent Rigger.
• OSHA 10 & OSHA 30.
• First Aid / AED / CPR.
• RF Awareness.
• Hazard Communications.
• Bloodborne Pathogens.
• Capstan Hoist, Base‑Mounted Hoist, and Ginpole Principles.
• Kaleus, Anritsu, and Exfo training.
• At Capital Tower we provide all training and online courses at no expense to the employee.
