SSVF Case Manager Supervisor Amarillo​/Lubbock Region

Overview

The SSVF Case Manager Supervisor is responsible for providing direct supervision to the Case Managers, Health Care Navigator, and Intake Coordinator. The Supervisor will provide direction and support to case managers as they serve the Veteran clients. The Supervisor will both train and ensure that case managers follow procedure and guidelines of the SSVF grant.

• Provide direct supervision to the Case Managers, Health Care Navigator, and Intake Coordinator.
• Offer direction and support to case managers as they serve Veteran clients.
• Train staff and ensure case managers follow procedures and guidelines of the SSVF grant.
• Lead case staffings, case conferencing, and other staff meetings.
• Maintain direct contact with clients to resolve questions or issues.
• Approve check requests and confirm that spending is eligible under the grant.
• Support a cohesive team mentality and encourage partnership between team members for the benefit of the client.
• Collaborate with the Assistant Director and Director of Housing Services to review policy and procedures.
• Use feedback from the SSVF Compliance Specialist to guide continuous quality management and improvement.
