Fleet Maintenance Technician - Hourly with OT & Weekends Off

• Diagnose and correct equipment issues to keep drivers moving and the fleet operating at optimum productivity
• Control costs by being innovative and proactive with repairs to manage both time and material costs
• Maintain a neat, clean, and safe shop environment, ensuring tools and equipment remain organized and safe at all times

• At least 1 year of experience in the motor carrier maintenance industry
• Knowledge of Class 8 trucks and trailers
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic knowledge
• Basic diagnostic skills for electrical and mechanical breakdowns
• Ability to speak and read English
• Basic computer skills
• Current CDL with Haz Mat and Tanker endorsements preferred but not required
• Experience maintaining inventory and vehicle maintenance records preferred
• Willingness to work on‑call for after‑hours and weekends
