Maharishi Markandeshwar Deemed To Be University invites applications for the post of Assistant Professor of Human Resources (HR) & Finance to join our team.

Key responsibilities include designing the curriculum, mentoring students, and fostering industry connections through consultancy or training. Qualified candidates typically hold a Ph.D. in HR/Finance or Management, with 3–10 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities
Teaching & Instruction:  Deliver engaging lectures on related topics, incorporating real-world case studies and industry practices.
Research & Publication:  Conduct original research, publish in reputable journals, and present findings at academic conferences.
Curriculum Development:  Design and update course materials, syllabi, and academic programs.
Mentoring:  Advise students on academic performance, internships, and career development.
Service & Administration:  Participate in departmental meetings, university committees, and accreditation processes.
Industry Engagement:  Develop industry connections for workshops, guest lectures, and student placements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education:

PhD in Human Resources, Finance, Management required from a reputed institution.

Experience:

3–10 years of teaching or industrial experience, with a proven track record of research.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of core HR/finance functions and related analytical tools.
