Required Qualifications

Education:

A Ph.D. in Computer Engineering, AI, Machine Learning, IT, MCA or a closely related field is typically required for AP, Associate, Professor.

Experience:

Previous teaching experience in higher education and a record of research publications.
Technical

Skills:

Deep knowledge of programming languages, software development, and specialized computer science subfields.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and time-management skills.

Key Responsibilities
Teaching & Instruction:  Develop and deliver curriculum, prepare lectures, and conduct labs in computer science, programming, or technology topics.
Research & Scholarship:  Conduct specialized research, secure funding, and publish in academic journals.
Student Support:  Mentor undergraduate/graduate students, supervise research projects, and offer academic/career guidance.
Assessment & Administration:  Grade assignments, exams, and projects, maintain records, and participate in academic committees.
Industry

Collaboration:

Establish partnerships for internships and keep up with emerging industry technologies
