We are looking for a proactive and analytical Operations Executive to join our manufacturing team and contribute to the smooth execution of plant operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day manufacturing operations.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase, Stores, Maintenance, Finance, and Logistics teams.
Prepare product costing sheets and Bill of Materials (BOM).
Monitor manufacturing costs, yields, wastage, and profitability.
Handle procurement activities, vendor coordination, and purchase planning.
Manage inventory, stock reconciliation, and warehouse operations.
Plan dispatches and coordinate logistics to ensure on-time deliveries.
Prepare operational MIS reports and maintain ERP records.
Support GMP, HACCP, FSSAI, and internal quality compliance.
Identify operational improvements and implement cost-saving initiatives.
Requirements
Experience
3–6 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Costing, Purchase, Inventory, or Dispatch.
Experience in the Frozen Foods, Food Processing, FMCG, or Manufacturing industry is preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA in Operations or Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.
