PWC is seeking an experienced Kronos Functional Specialist with expertise in Timekeeping, Accruals, Activity Management, and Analytics modules to join our team focused on enhancement and support projects. The role will be responsible for functional support, gathering business requirements, configuring solutions, and ensuring the Kronos workforce management system continues to meet evolving business ne
eds.

Key Responsibilit
ies:

Provide day-to-day functional support for Kronos Timekeeping, Accrual, Activity Management, and Analytics modu
les.

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for system enhancements and process improveme
nts.

Collaborate with stakeholders (HR, Payroll, Operations, IT) to understand issues, define solutions, and implement system chan
ges.

Assist in the configuration and testing of Kronos modules, ensuring alignment with business policies and labor regulati
ons.

Support the design and deployment of accrual rules, timekeeping schedules, attendance policies, and activity tracking configurati
ons.

Perform impact analysis and regression testing for requested enhancements and system upgra
des.

Troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely resolution or escalate as appropri
ate.

Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and user gui
des.

Collaborate with technical teams (integration, data hub) to support end-to-end soluti
ons.

Monitor system usage, variability in data, and analytics reports to ensure data accuracy and integr
ity.

Train and assist end-users and administrators on functional aspects of Kronos modu
les.

Participate in change management, release planning, and support deployment of enhanceme
nts.

Stay current on Kronos product updates, best practices, and compliance requirements, recommending improvements where applica
