Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a Country Pub and Restaurant based near Ambleside, Cumbria and have a fantastic opportunity for a Chef De Partie to join their team.

Ideally looking for someone with experience in working in a team of 5/6 Chefs. As Chef De Partie, you will need to support the Senior Chefs in all day to day kitchen matters. You will have opportunity for menu input. This role would suit anyone from a 2 AA Rosette background.

• Support the Senior Chefs in day to day kitchen matters.

• Experience in a team of 5/6 Chefs or similar kitchen environment.
• Experience at or from a 2 AA Rosette level background preferred.

• 45 Hour Week
